Magna-Cryl 3400 is a light tack UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive. Magna-Cryl 3400 adhesive is a removable pressure sensitive adhesive that peels cleanly off of most surfaces. Magna-Cryl 3400 is designed for ease of use and for trouble free operation. Magna-Cryl 3400 Adhesive has been successfully tested with a wide range of both UV curable and conventional inks for compatibility. Magna-Cryl 3400 Adhesive flows out smoothly and easily on most surfaces and is suitable for use with a wide range of substrates and release liners.
For use with a wide range of materials including: Most decal materials; polycarbonate; polyesters; coated paper and cardstocks.

Commonly Used for:
Magna-Cryl 3400 was designed to be applied by rotary screen or flexographic printing equipment and cured using at least one UV light of 400 to 600 watts. Magna-Cryl 3400 will cure at speeds up to 100 feet per minute (with one UV light). Faster line speeds can be achieved by adding additional UV lights. Optimum adhesive strength is achieved with a coating weight of 25 microns. This is generally achieved with a 120 mesh screen.
