Have been using this product for years, previously in the squeeze plastic bottle. Grateful now that squeeze tube is available. At our field, if a foam airplane “goes down” you will hear many of us shout out “FOAM TAC”! Absolutely the best product for foam as it remains flexible after curing.

Beacon FOAM TAC is the most versatile adhesive I use in my RC Hobby.
From foam jobs on Depron, EPO or EPP to carbon fiber servo covers on my hotliner it can’t be beat!

The best glue for “foamies”. Foam Tac has been used on a Depron Yak 54, an EPP Funny Cub and a Blue Core Slow Delta. Very good results on all these different foams.

This is really great glue, cleans off of hands easily with rubbing alcohol. I had thought I was getting the bottles and not the tubes however. Would be great if it was in a better designed dispenser because it can be difficult to clear out the nozzle on the tubes…. and the bottles you can remove the nozzle but still tricky to clean out because the glue does not retract fast enough so it solidifies at the end easily. maybe something like the epoxy syringes or a caulk gun or a cap that has a peg to push the glue back down.

Adhesive itself is the absolute best for EPP foam, and really any other foam I’ve tried it on. It’s important to note that the outside surface of molded EPP might not have enough porosity for the adhesive to cling to, but inside a broken piece where the expanded beads make contact with one another will give plenty of grip. If you DO need to adhere molded EPP surfaces, sand it enough to expose the inside of the beads.

Working time could be a little bit longer, especially on larger repairs. It’ll tack up kinda quick, and then won’t flow/spread as evenly.

Big fan of the new tube design, I think it’ll last longer than the old bottle. That said, I think a precision application tip would be nice, especially if it can be resealable.
