Cut a 5” x 7” rectangle from the striped paper. Cut a 2 7/8” X 5” rectangle from textured blue paper, antique top edge with blue ink using a small piece of dry sponge, and use ZIP DRY to glue to the bottom of the striped rectangle. |

Print COOL SUMMER FUN on the green circle paper. Cut a 2 ¾” X 5” rectangle around the words, antique top edge with blue ink, and ZIP DRY to the bottom of the textured blue rectangle. |

Pour a small amount of GEM-TAC on a paper plate. Dip a sponge in the glue and dab evenly on top surface of the star stamp. Press stamp down firmly on the white cardstock and then lift straight up. Quickly sprinkle glitter on the wet glue. Shake off excess glitter. Cut cardstock ¼” from edge of star. ZIP DRY star on top of striped rectangle, angling slightly. |

ZIP DRY stickers or rub-ons to the sides of the star. Punch a ¾” circle from the texture blue paper, antique edge with blue ink, and ZIP DRY to the center of star. |

Punch a 1/8” hole in the center of the blue circle and attach paper fastener. Punch 1/8” holes in the “o’s” in cool and attach paper fasteners. |
| 6. |
Punch ¾” circles from white cardstock, antique edges with blue ink, and ZIP DRY to the bottom corners of the green rectangle. Glue clear domed circles with patterned paper underneath to white circles. |

ZIP DRY assembled striped rectangle to front of album cover. Sand edges of paper so that they are even with the wood edges. Antique edges of paper and side edges of the album with blue ink. |

Cut three 5” x 7” rectangles from coordinating papers and ZIP DRY to the back of cover and insides of both the front and back covers. Sand and antique paper edges with blue ink the same as before. |

Punch holes in album pages that line up with covers. Stack pages between covers and attach rings to holes in album. Insert blue checked ribbon through bottom holes in covers and tie into a bow. |

To make tag, print CATCH A WAVE on textured blue paper. Cut a rectangle around the words, leaving ½” of space on right side and trimming top edge with wave scissors. |

Antique side and bottom edges with blue ink. Dab GEM-TAC on wavy edge of paper and sprinkle glitter on glue. Glue word rectangle to green circle paper. Trim green paper 1/8” from edges of blue paper. Antique edges with blue ink. Punch a 3/16” hole in the right side of the tag. Insert the green ribbon through the hold and tie it around the metal ring on the left side of the album. |
