Cut long, 2”wide strips of tissue paper in different colors. |

Put some LIQUID LAMINATE in a small plastic container. Working in small sections, brush LIQUID LAMINATE around top of the flower pot and immediately place a strip of tissue paper over wet section, smoothing down with your fingers. |

Continue working around the top part of the pot, applying LIQUID LAMINATE first and placing the tissue over top as you continue. After finishing the first top strip, apply another coat of LIQUID LAMINATE over the tissue, sealing it in place. |

Brush more LIQUID LAMINATE where the second strip of tissue will go, slightly overlapping colors. Continue applying as you did the first strip, adding a top coat after tissue is down. |

Continue with the third strip as above |

For a glossier finish, allow to thoroughly dry and brush another coat over all. |
| 7. |
Cut pieces of Styrofoam to fit comfortably inside each pot and cut flower stems to fit in foam. |
