Magna-Cryl 3400 Series is a UV-curable removable adhesive that exhibits soft, easy to peel properties and is designed to leave no residue on most surfaces. Magna-Cryl 3400 Series may be used on substrates including polyester, polycarbonate, PVC and BOPP. In addition, Magna-Cryl 3400 Series offers adhesion to various metals, and paper stocks.

Versions

• Magna-Cryl 3401 was particularly designed to be applied with a flexo press or rotary screen print station. Recommended anilox count ranges from 55 to 200 line. Recommended mesh count is 120 mesh. Minimum coat weight required is .5 mil. It is designed as a low tack removable adhesive for applications to a glass or mirror. Temperature resistance range from –50^O F to 250^O F. We recommend curing the Magna-Cryl 3401 with a minimum of one 300 watt UV lamp.

• Magna-Cryl 3402 is designed to be applied with a flat screen or a letter press print station. It is suited for a variety of applications on various types of substrates. Recommended mesh count is 120 mesh. We recommend curing the Magna-Cryl 3402 with a minimum of one 300 watt UV lamp.

• Magna-Cryl 3403 is designed to be applied with a flat screen, meyer rod, slot head or roller coater. It is suited for a variety of applications on various types of substrates. Recommended mesh count ranges from 90 to 120 mesh. We recommend curing the Magna-Cryl 3403 with a minimum of one 300 watt UV lamp.
