Magna-Cryl 3700 is a UV-curable pressure sensitive adhesive. It was designed as a high temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive. Although it performs well on room temperature, it is best suited for high temperature applications that require a highly aggressive and permanent adhesive bond to substrates including polyester, polycarbonate, PVC and BOPP.

Directions for use

Make sure that the surface to be coated is clean and oil free.

Apply a thin film to the surface. Film thickness depends on the users needs but should not exceed 4 mils.

Cure under a UV lamp. Cure time depends on the power and the location of the UV lamp source.

Handling

Magna-Cryl 5012 contains no volatile solvents. It is a blend of acrylates and modifiers. Prevent contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Refer to MSDS for further recommendations.
