Instructions:
1.
Cut five 8” long strips of red quilling paper for each poinsettia and roll into marquee shapes. Cut seven 6” long strips of green quilling paper and roll into teardrop shapes for leaves. Cut four loose “S” shapes for vines from 8” lengths of green quilling paper. Set all aside.
2.
Dab the gold paint onto the frame with the kitchen sponge. Let dry.
3.
Apply GEM-TAC around the photo opening of the frame and glue on flat beads as in photo. Let dry.
4.
Glue poinsettia petals to upper & lower corners of the frame with ZIP DRY PAPER GLUE. Glue a rhinestone to the center of each flower.
5.
As in the photo, glue on the vines and leaves with ZIP DRY.
6.
Glue the red rhinestones around the stems with GEM-TAC & let dry.
7.
Attach the hanger to the back of the frame with GEM-TAC & allow to dry overnight before hanging.
