Today we would like to share our latest Beacon Round Up; 5 Super Cool Feather Projects from our Beacon Makers. The projects were created with a variety of Beacon products including 3 in 1, Zip Dry, Mixed Media, Fabri Tac and Tacky Glues. With Thanksgiving coming up this is the perfect guide for creating some fun with all types of feathers. So lets get styling…

First up on the list is a fabulous set of Stamped Clay Feather Art Cards created by Erin Reed, Scraps of Reflections.  Erin used papers, stamps and inks from Brutus and Monroe, Twine from Prima, Makin’s Clay and Beacon Adhesives Mixed Media Glue to pull it all together.

These are perfect to attach to gratitude gifts, Thanksgiving cards or use as table name markers this coming holiday. Click Here for the full set of instructions and video.

Next on the round up is a fun Gratitude Party Head Dress that I created using Beacon Adhesives 3 in 1 Glue and Gem Tac Glues. This a great project to do with the kids while telling the stories of how Thanksgiving came about. Gratitude Party Head Dresses are the perfect accessory for your holiday tablescape or classroom. Just gather some paper and glue to make one today.

This next project is super cool, a gorgeous Dream Catcher that Beacon Maker and Designer Christie Troxel, Ritzy Parties created. With some Beacon Adhesives 3 in 1 glue, cording, feather and wide center beads, you too can make a gorgeous Dream Catcher like this one from Christie.

No feather round up would be complete with out a series of handmade paper feathers. All you need is some scrapbook paper or card stock, scissors and Beacon Adhesives Tacky Glue. Just print the Paper Feather Pattern on our blog, trace onto scrapbook paper, cut, add fringe, glue on a stem. After dried, your feathers are ready to use as table decorations, in cards, banners, as mobiles, in wreathes as trees and more.
